Sumario:In this chapter we present the results of a study in order to know the characteristics and corrosion resistance of nanostructured bilayer coatings. As discussed before, Al alloys are candidates in aerospace industry due to their corrosion resistance. However, their pitting corrosion sensitivity limits its application in many marine environments. Have been investigated that addition of Cr improve the mechanical resistance and sacrificial behavior. In this work, electrochemical noise has been carried out to investigate the corrosion behavior of Al and Cr coatings on Aluminum alloys AA6061-T6 and AA2024-T3, with different architecture organization (Al/Cr y Cr/Al).
