En esta investigación se analiza la influencia de la personalidad, a través de sus vertientes de auto regulación y Autoestima en los comportamientos extra rol denominados ciudadanía organizacional, y en este análisis se observa la influencia directa de la autoestima y el autocontrol en los comportamientos de ciudadanía organizacional.
