    “…In order to analyze how food habits, nutritional knowledge, body image, eating behavior are related to the BMI in children and their parents, a study of mixed approach was developed in two stages: a quantitative one with comparative and relational design, with a sample of 246 children and their 246 parents to whom the Questionnaire on Physical Activity and Food Habits was applied; and a mixed one where, in the qualitative approach, it had an observational and phenomenological design, where two buffets were held in the school cafeteria, one with 12 children and another with 6 children and their 6 mothers, from which categories of food behaviors were obtained through content analysis. …”
