“…Para lograrlo, se realizó una fermentación durante 13 días de los aislamientos C1, C4 y C6 de B. bassiana, en medio líquido Sabouraud (MLS), sin (MLS) y con ácido bórico (MLS/AB) como variables; así mismo, se midió la actividad celular y la producción de enzimas degradadoras de la cutícula (NAGasa, Pr1 y Pr2) durante el proceso, y al final del mismo se determinó el número de conidios, su porcentaje de germinación y su actividad insecticida contra ninfas tardías, hembras y machos (tratamientos). Además se evaluó la activación de fenoloxidasa entre insectos expuestos y no expuestos al sobrenadante, donde están presentes NAGasa, Pr1 y Pr2. …”
