Evaluacion de la respuesta inmune de macrofagos murinos J774A.1 contra Encephalitozoon cuniculi por González Machorro, Jesús Rubin

    Publicado 2017
“…Also, significant differences were found (P≤0.05) in the cell viability between 3 and 72 h in the infection treatment. The results here shown indicate that the activation with LPS at 50ng/ml increases (P≤0.01) phagocytosis, but their effects are limited and E. cuniculi can survive without inducing an increase in the production of nitric oxide neither compromising the macrophage viability.…”

Efectividad antibiofilm de un hidrogel cargado con nanopartículas lipofílicas de bismuto sobre el biofilm de Enterococcus faecalis intraconducto por Martínez Martínez, Marco Antonio

    Publicado 2018
“…These results were identical when 96-well plate was used as in vitro biofilm experiments employing same strain of E. faecalis. In summary, here we present evidence for first time of clinical effectiveness of a hydrogel loaded with bismuth lipophilic nanoparticles being much better than traditional treatment (calcium hydroxide) therefore it is an interesting alternative to fight endodontic infections.…”

PRÁCTICAS ÉTICAS EN LA COMERCIALIZACIÓN Y CONSUMO DE ALIMENTOS SALUDABLES EN EL SIGLO XXI por Galván, Marcos

    Publicado 2009
“…The food industry has been accused as being the promoter of unhealthy lifestyles, due to the fact that the vast majority of their products are of high energetic density and it´s introduction to the food culture is done frequently through tricky publicity campaigns affecting mainly the infant public. So from here arises the necessity to implement laws in support of public health in order to create conditions that allow people to have equal conditions to aspire for a healthier lifestyle, where the government has the power and duty to regulate the private sector with the object of protecting the health of it´s population. …”

Mecanismos de acción de bacitracina y el ácido 5,5’-ditiobis2-nitrobenzoico en la infección del virus de inmunodeficiencia humana tipo I por Flores Treviño, Samantha Maribel

    Publicado 2010
“…Among these, agents known to inhibit protein disulfide isomerase (PDI), a cell-surface protein critical in HIV-1 entry, such as the antibiotic Bacitracin and the membrane-impermeant thiol reagent 5,5’-dithiobis-2-nitrobenzoic acid (DTNB) are currently being researched. Here we studied the possibility that both Bacitracin and DTNB might have virucidal activity. …”

    Publicado 2021
“…We previously reported preliminary characterization of adipose tissue (AT) dysfunction through the adiponectin/leptin ratio (ALR) and fasting/postprandial (F/P) gene expression in subcutaneous (SQ) adipose tissue (AT) biopsies obtained from participants in the GEMM study, a precision medicine research project. Here we present integrative data replication of previous findings from an increased number of GEMM symptom-free (SF) adults (N = 124) to improve characterization of early biomarkers for cardiovascular (CV)/immunometabolic risk in SF adults with AT dysfunction. …”
