    Publicado 2017
“…The physical and chemical parameters were analyzed, and the characteristics of transmembrane proteins were corresponding. Once these data were taken, the model was sent to the Raptos X platform, where the three-dimensional structure of both proteins composed of three domains , domain I made up of alpha helices and beta sheets, domain II conformed by beta sheets and where the amphipatic hairpin is found, and domain III conformed by beta sheets, were predicted. …”

    Publicado 2020
“…A significant difference (p = 0.0349) was observed in total IgG levels after infection with different serotypes.Serotypes III and V showed a decrease in total IgG, while Ib, II and IV showed no variation with respect to the control group. Taken together, these findings supports that S. agalactiae serotypes differentially stimulate innate and adaptive immune responses.…”

    Publicado 2020
“…These results suggest that increases on the serine content are not always related to a higher salt tolerance since the amino acid effects in organs or specific tissues should be taken into account. This research provides the first evidence of salt stress effect over A. canescens miRNAs and the possible role of PGDH family isoforms in plant salt stress tolerance.…”
