“…In this research, the chemical composition, antioxidant and antimicrobial activity of the essential oil of orange, the main compound of this oil, the D-limonene and 5x, 10x and 20x concentrated oils were studied, as well as microencapsulation by means of emulsions and molecular inclusion. for its preservation and stability in the antioxidant and antimicrobial activity. In relation to the biological activity, the unencapsulated concentrated oils were significantly different to the essential oil of orange and Dlimonene, in addition they presented a different chemical composition possibly due to the decrease of volatile compounds potentizing other minority compounds. …”
