“…Es en estos centros penitenciarios mixtos, de manera sistemática se violentan los derechos humanos de las mujeres privadas de la libertad y la de los menores que cohabitan con ellas, toda vez que en las prisiones estatales no existe la separación de procesadas y sentenciadas, es decir, las madres con sus hijas e hijos comparten la misma celda con otras mujeres con diferente situación jurídica y que han cometido diversos delitos graves, hecho que  promueve el contagio criminógeno, principalmente de los menores, quienes además, en este estudio se demostró que no reciben alimentación, educación inicial, atención pediátrica, ni medicamentos gratuitos,  todo ello contraviene los instrumentos internacionales en materia de derechos humanos, la propia Constitución Mexicana, así como diversas leyes nacionales.…”
