    “…It is concluded that the levels of Organizational DNA and Engagement are very high, that the type of DNA are distributed proportionally without any specific type, and that for this first approach from the sample obtained there is no significant correlation between the variables or dimensions, so it is recommended to extend the evaluation with a larger sample in order to determine how the scale is going to behave and what important variations it may present.…”
