Mecanismos de resistencia enzimática en siete sub-poblaciones de Aedes aegypti (L.) a insecticidas comunes y alternativos para su control en el estado de Veracruz, México
Publicado 2010“…The accomplishment of biochemical tests in microplate esterases, mixed-function oxidases (MFO), glutathione-S- transferase (GST), insensitive acethylcholineterase (iAChe)), readings of absorbance obtained in each enzymatic test and comparisons between the average values of absorbance of each under-population and stock of reference by insecticide and locality by computer software SPSS 10; also, the determination of the tolerance threshold, according to the reference stock, it was allowed the enzymatic characterization in the under-populations of Veracruz finding in larvarias underpopulations of the state, the mechanisms α and β-esterases, which suggests resistance crossed between pyrethroids and organophosphate (temephos). …”
