Análisis de la nidalidad de infección de la leishmaniasis. Paradigmas eco-epidemiológicos a diferentes niveles espaciales y temporales. by Arque Chunga, Wilfredo

    Published 2018
“…It was concluded that there was no heterogeneity of the biotic and abiotic variables at spatial scales of 15 m, 62 m and 125 m in the study area; therefore no difference in Phlebotomine sand flies collection was found by spatial scale; however, in terms of diversity, the specific richness and abundance of Phlebotomine sand flies and rodents by spatial scale were different; therefore, the establishment of nests of leishmaniasis presents even more complex interrelations in its ecosystem, being necessary to deepen the knowledge of the other possible parameters that establish and/or maintain nests of leishmaniasis.…”

Efecto patológico de la expansión de poliglutaminas de hTBP en la enfermedad neurodegenerativa SCA17 en Drosophila melanogaster by Cárdenas Tueme, Marcela

    Published 2017
“…Expression of hTBP34 and 80Q caused neurodegeneration, hTBP80Q triggered more neuronal death than hTBP34Q. When testing climbing ability, hTBP80Q flies were severely affected when compared with the rest of the groups in the RING test. …”

Contradicciones éticas de las responsabilidades sociales en la bibliotecología by Muela Meza, Zapopan Martín

    Published 2007
“…It is underpinned, according to the evidences and proofs provided from evolutive biology and neuropsychology, that morality cannot be prescribed culturally, but that it is already innate to humans, and to non human primates, and that in such a case that could be prescribed, it should be done so only after people have a more complete, critical and integral understanding of human nature in general and particularly about its moral innate features. …”

Regulación de la expresión de genes involucrados en la producción de compuestos de azufre en Saccharomyces cerevisiae by Leal Guerra, Clara Susana

    Published 2011
“…These results were confirmed by using qPCR, analyzing 18 genes total. 820 under the presence of low nitrogen compounds (wort1) was not able to adjust their genetic machinery for the incorporation of sulfur to carbon skeletons, in the other hand under the presence of wort rich in nitrogen compounds (wort 2) regulated its genetic machinery, expressing more genes involved in the transsulfuration pathway (CYS4) favored by the incorporation of serine in the way. 790 behaved differently, was able to adjust their genetic machinery in the presence of low content of nitrogen compounds by activating genes via transsulfuration (CYS4, SER2) as well genes by the incorporation of sulfur for methionine production and S-adenosylmethionine remethylation (MET6, MET13, MHT1). …”

    Published 2020
“…Degranulation was significantly increased after I-CRP treatment, and augmented even more after K562 cells co-culture. NK cell marker analysis indicated increased expression of the main activating receptors (NKp46, NKp44, NKp30, NKG2D and NKG2C) after I-CRP treatment, also increased CD85j receptor and KIR (Killer Immunoglobulin-like Receptor) expression was observed, but without finding significant differences in CD160 and CD226. …”
