On the structure and normal modes of hydrogenated Ti-fullerene compounds por Tlahuice Flores, Alfredo, Mejía Rosales, Sergio, Galván, Donald H.

    Publicado 2012
“…The IR spectra of C60TiHn compounds have a maximum attributable to the Ti–H stretching mode, which shifts to lower values in the structures with n = 4, 8, while their Raman spectra show two peaks corresponding to the stretching modes of H2 molecules at apical and azimuthal positions. On the other hand, the IR spectrum of C60Ti6H48 shows an intense peak due to the Ti–H in-phase stretching mode, while its Raman spectrum has a maximum attributed to the pentagonal pinch of the C60 core. …”

Estudio de la población microbiana en un sistema de biorremediación in situ de un suelo impactado con hidrocarburos de petróleo. por Ledezma Villanueva, Alejandro

    Publicado 2016
“…Another activity that shows the nature of soils are contaminated land sites that have been integrated over time (more than a hundred years) by a process called natural attenuation where the natural environment factors such as wind, relative humidity, lightning and temperature are presented daily letting the soil to reduce its pollutants by 25% of the original volume and eventually to its initial state. …”

Evaluation of the TRPM2 channel as a biomarker inbreast cancer using public databases analysis por Sumoza Toledo, Adriana, Espinoza Gabriel, Mario Iván, Montiel Condado, Dvorak

    Publicado 2016
“…Furthermore, multi-gene validation using OncomineTM showed that this channel is coexpressed with proteins related to cellular migration, transformation, and apoptosis. On the other hand, Kaplan-Meier analysis exhibited that low expression of TRPM2 could be used to predict poor outcome in ER- and HER2+ breast carcinoma patients. …”

Modulation of rotavirus severe gastroenteritis by the combination of probiotics and prebiotics por González Ochoa, Guadalupe, Flores Mendoza, Lilian K., Icedo Garcia, Ramona, Gómez Flores, Ricardo Alberto, Tamez Guerra, Patricia

    Publicado 2017
“…Furthermore, the rotavirus protein NSP1 has been associated with interferon production inhibition by inducing the degradation of interferon regulatory factors IRF3, IRF5, and IRF7. On the other hand, probiotics such as Bifdobacterium and Lactobacillus species in combination with prebiotics such as inulin, HMO, scGOS, lcFOS have been associated with improved generalized antiviral response and anti-rotavirus effect by the reduction of rotavirus infectivity and viral shedding, decreased expression of NSP4 and increased levels of specifc anti-rotavirus IgAs. …”

SmFeTaO Photocatalyst for Degradation of Indigo Carmine Dye under Solar Light Irradiation por Torres Martínez, Leticia M., Ruiz Gómez, Miguel A., Figueroa Torres, Mayra Zyzlila, Juárez Ramírez, Isaías, Moctezuma, Edgar

    Publicado 2012
“…The photocatalytic results showed that indigo carmine molecule can be degraded under solar light irradiation using the synthesized materials, sol-gel photocatalyst was 8 times more active than solid state. On the other hand, when Sm2FeTaO7 was impregnated with CuO as cocatalyst the photocatalytic activity was increased because CuO acts as electron trap decreasing electron-hole pair recombination rates.…”

    Publicado 2023
“…Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major health problem worldwide, and the emergence of multi-resistant strains to first-line drugs has become the biggest obstacle to its treatment. On the other hand, the incidence of non-tuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) in humans has increased remarkably in recent years. …”

Obtención y evaluación de péptidos bioactivos de recursos vegetales subutilizados con potencial agroalimentario por González Luna, Aldo Rodrigo

    Publicado 2018
“…The results show that the protein hydrolysates obtained from the chia isolate showed the highest antioxidant activity (lower degree of discoloration of β-carotene, better reducing power and uptake of DPPH between 70-80%, compared to BHT). On the other hand, the peptides obtained using Alcalase in all three species showed a greater degree of inhibition of the angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE). …”
