    “…There was a compensation in the ridge width (.000) at 3, 5 and 7mm, and a growth of bone tissue towards vertical (0.000) showing a significant difference, obtaining a gain of 143.18% vertically. CONCLUSIONS: We can conclude that the use of acellular dermal matrix fulfills the barrier function to compensate for the collapse of the ridge width and also helps to generate vertical bone growth and improve the phenotype of each patient, avoiding a second surgical intervention to improve the periodontal phenotype after implant placement.…”
