A este criterio de diseño, en el que se presentan esfuerzos de tensión en el concreto para la etapa de cargas de servicio, las cuales deben ser tomados con el acero convencional incluido adicionalmente y, además, su comportamiento deja de ser el de un material elástico, se le llama “Presforzado Parcial” (Lin et al., 1982). …”
