Regulación de la expresión de genes involucrados en la producción de compuestos de azufre en Saccharomyces cerevisiae by Leal Guerra, Clara Susana

    Published 2011
“…These results were confirmed by using qPCR, analyzing 18 genes total. 820 under the presence of low nitrogen compounds (wort1) was not able to adjust their genetic machinery for the incorporation of sulfur to carbon skeletons, in the other hand under the presence of wort rich in nitrogen compounds (wort 2) regulated its genetic machinery, expressing more genes involved in the transsulfuration pathway (CYS4) favored by the incorporation of serine in the way. 790 behaved differently, was able to adjust their genetic machinery in the presence of low content of nitrogen compounds by activating genes via transsulfuration (CYS4, SER2) as well genes by the incorporation of sulfur for methionine production and S-adenosylmethionine remethylation (MET6, MET13, MHT1). …”

    Published 2020
“…The species with the highest regeneration are Abies durangensis, Juniperus deppeana, Quercus tuberculata and Pseudotsuga menziesii, the latter of which is dominant in the tree stratum. the species with the highest ecological value (IVI) was Pseudotsuga menziesii with 26.14%; the diametric distribution is in the form of a Liocourt curve and balanced and the stored carbon content was 45.20 Mg C ha-1. When evaluating spatial distribution patterns, a random distribution was reflected a random distribution according to index (Wi), while the degree of mixing (Mi) stated that the reference species has more than 2 neighbors of different species, no dominant diameters and heights were generally recorded as (UDi) and (UHi) showed similar values in each of the degrees of dominance, the dimensional differentiation (TDi), (THi) it was moderate, similar to studies in disturbed and under-managed forests.…”
