Para este proyecto se analizaron 42 muestras de diferentes estilos de cervezas artesanales dispensadas de barril de distintos establecimientos dentro de la Zona Metropolitana de Monterrey, de las cuales 31 tuvieron presencia de bacterias ácido lácticas. …”
