Expanding the interaction equivalency theorem by Padilla Rodríguez, Brenda Cecilia, Armellini, Alejandro

    Published 2015
“…Findings suggest that the interaction equivalency theorem can be reformulated as follows: In corporate settings, an online course can be effective in terms of satisfaction, learning, knowledge transfer, business results and return on expectations, as long as (a) at least one of three types of interaction (learner-content, learnerteacher or learner-learner) features prominently in the design of the course, and (b) course delivery is consistent with the chosen type of interaction. Focusing on only one type of interaction carries a high risk of confusion, disengagement or missed learning opportunities, which can be managed by incorporating other forms of interactions.…”

Statistically Coherent Calibration of X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry for Major Elements in Rocks and Minerals by Verma, Surendra P., Verma, Sanjeet K., Rivera Gómez, María Abdelaly, Torres Sánchez, Darío, Díaz González, Lorena, Amezcua Valdez, Alejandra, Rivera Escoto, Beatriz Adriana, Rosales Rivera, Mauricio, Armstrong Altrin, John S., López Loera, Héctor, Velasco Tapia, Fernando, Pandarinath, Kailasa

    Published 2018
“…Both calibrations were successfully applied to rock matrices, and the results were generally consistent with those obtained in other laboratories although the UWLR model showed mostly narrower confidence limits of the mean (slope and intercept)orloweruncertaintiesthantheOLR.Similarsensitivity(∼2.69–46.17kc·s1·%1 fortheOLRand∼2.78–59.69kc·s1·%1 for the UWLR) also indicated that the UWLR could advantageously replace the OLR model. …”

The Diethylcarbamazine Delays and Decreases the NETosis of Polymorphonuclear Cells of Humans with DM Type 2 by Segoviano Ramírez, Juan Carlos, López Altamirano, Daniel F., García Juárez, Jaime, Aguirre Garza, Juan E. S., Cárdenas Estrada, Eloy, Ancer Rodríguez, Jesús

    Published 2020
“…The semiquantitative morphometric analysis of the IF from DAPI, as a measure of PMN’s capacity to forming NETs, is consistent with these results. The ANOVA test demonstrated that NETosis was lower and appeared later than expected time, both in PMNs from healthy (p≤0.000001) and from DM2 (p≤0.000477) volunteers. …”
