Modelo de crecimiento de diámetro normal para Pinus durangensis en Durango, México. by Colín, José Guadalupe

    Published 2018
“…Due to of the spatial location of the trees, the effect of the competition was analyzed by 14 distance-independent and 11 distance-dependent competition indices, and 11 criteria for the selection of competing trees were also evaluated latter. The results showed that the independent distance indices presented slightly better results in the prediction of growth of normal diameter for Pinus durangensis, of which the two best indices of competition were used, ICi12 (derived from the radius between the basal area of the tree Objective and the basal area of the plot) and ICi6 (which represents the cup competition factor (CCF), to be analyzed in four base models. …”

Estudio diagnóstico serológico de la brucelosis humana en el estado de Nuevo León by Navarro Soto, Magda Celina

    Published 2017

Despite the significant production of the protective Th1 cytokines, IL-12, IFN-Ȗ and TNF-α, the mechanism of macrophages to remove Brucella appears to be defective, since this effect could be negated by the action of cytokines (IL-6, IL-10 and TGF-ȕ), which could lead to persistent infection of chronic cases. …”
