“…Tras la revisión documental y el trabajo de campo, se encontraron tipologías emergentes de roles de organización dentro de una red de protección de derechos humanos de niños, niñas y adolescentes sin cuidados parentales, y en paralelo se retrató el inventario de capacidades y relaciones generadas por los actores involucrados en su construcción. Se concluye que las redes de relaciones cambian con el tiempo, aumentando y disminuyendo su capital social (relacional), y el proceso de regulación de las Casas Hogar en Nuevo León, fue un proceso institucional de aprendizaje y cambio, que pudiera ser útil para otras zonas geográficas, ahora que existe una normativa para regular este tipo de instituciones, pero a nivel nacional, desde el 2015. …”
