“…Las cepas han producido Parasporinas como se esperaba durante el proceso de esporulación, y estas se han purificado a través de diálisis por membrana con un poro de 30 kDa y 12 kDa dependiendo de la cepa tratada, filtraciones con membranas de nitrocelulosa con un diámetro de poro de 0.45 y 0.22 μm, y cromatografía de intercambio aniónico en un gradiente de NaCl de 0.0 a 1 M a 4°C, dando patrones característicos para cada cepa, GM18 presentando dos señales altas de proteínas en la fracción 27 (13.5 min, 202 mM NaCl) y fracción 46 (23 min, 690 mM NaCl), siendo la fracción 27 (13.5 min, 202 mM NaCl) la que contiene la proteína de interés, e IB84 presentando tres señales altas de proteínas en la fracción 26 (13 min, 195 mM NaCl), fracción 42 (21 min, 630 mM NaCl) y fracción 48 (24 min, 949 mM NaCl), la proteína se encuentra presente en la fracción 26. …”
