“…En un contexto internacional donde la participación política femenina ganaba cada vez más terreno y se reconocía su ciudadanía y derechos políticos y legales, este trabajo muestra que, de acuerdo con el contexto mexicano, en Nuevo León la mujer tenía un panorama complicado en su reconocimiento legal y por ende como actor político visible. A la sombra de partidos políticos ya consolidados, se intentaron dar los primeros organismos políticos feministas que, con muy escaso apoyo, planteaban la concientización plena de los derechos de la mujer. …”
