Estudio geobiológico de la formación La Virgen y sus facies transicionales en los Potreros de Menchaca y La Virgen, Coahuila. por Gutiérrez Alejandro, Alejandra Guadalupe

“…The resulting depositional model after the microfacial characterization, suggest that La Virgen Formation was deposited under variable enviornmental conditions that includes a restricted lagoon within a low energy environment in Potrero de Menchaca, and under intertidal-supratidal tidal flats and sabkhas in Potrero de La Virgen under a higher energy regim and under more dynamic fluctuating conditions. This analysis also indicates that Potrero de Menchaca was probably deposited under a calm shallow-water leeward lagoon with restricted circulation. …”

“…Methanólic extracts the CMI of the T2, T3 and T5 is observed up to 125 g/ml, although % of inhibition are greater for the concentrations of 250 and 500g/ml (up to 84,3 %) (p<0.05) When comparing the effect of the treatments in the watery extracts against the tumoral cells (L5178Y-R) and normal cells (lymphocytes of thymus and bazo) in T3, T4 and T5 is observed greater effect of inhibition of growth for the tumoral cells that normal cells (p<0.01), (p<0.05). In case of the methanolic extracts this same behavior is not observed, since greater inhibition of growth for the normal cells is observed that the tumoral cells. …”
