“…Entonces países como el de México, que presenta rezagos en elrendimiento educativo a Nivel de América Latina (Región que compite con desventaja a nivel internacional).Entre los años 2004 y 2008 el LLECE realizó el Segundo Estudio Regional Comparativo y Explicativo (SERCE) que evalúa el desempeño de los estudiantes en América Latina y el Caribe e indaga sus factores asociados. Dicho estudio se enmarca dentro de las acciones de la OREALC / UNESCO, tendientes a asegurar el derecho de todos los estudiantes de la región a recibir una educación de calidad.Sin embargo, más allá de las comparaciones entre países, el Estudio consideró desde sus inicios realizar un análisis más exhaustivo de los resultados a fin de determinar los factores que pudiesen explicarlos.El hallazgo más significativo fue la dispersión de los resultados obtenidos entre los países, de tal forma que éstos se distribuyeron en tres grupos: el primero, conformado por un solo país que alcanzó un puntaje notoriamente superior al resto; y los otros dos grupos que lograron resultados más cercanos entre sí, con un bajo nivel generalizado de logro.En la actualidad existen diversas investigaciones que se dirigen a encontrar explicaciones del bajo rendimiento académico, las cuales van desde estudios exploratorios, descriptivos y correlaciónales hasta estudios explicativos; si bien es cierto que resulta una tarea ardua localizar investigaciones específicas que describan o expliquen la naturaleza de las variables asociadas al éxito o fracaso académico, también es verdad que el acervo teórico y bibliográfico para sustentar una investigación de ésta naturaleza resulta enriquecedor; por lo cual se describen algunas de ellas.La influencia más importante de la escuela y de los docentes es proporcionar medios adecuados para fomentar la habilidad en el alumno para el aprendizaje es necesario centrar la atención tanto en el proceso de enseñanza como en lo que se está aprendiendoen lo cual hay muchas maneras diferentes en lo cual algunas técnicas pueden ser más efectivas que otras.En la actualidad el saber estudiar y dominar las técnicas de estudio es un gran reto. …”

“…However, in spite of the research that has been done in this species, it has not been exploited as it should, therefore in this study we propose to study the effect of temperature (4°C and 24°C) and the age of storage of cayenne pepper seeds (0, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months of age), soaked in comercial gibberellic acid (Biogib) on germination, and the phytohormone content such as gibberellins, auxins and kinetin that are in the seeds and that intervene in the process of germination, we also study the effect of the cell división process, with the objective of corroborating the physiological relationship of phytohormones with the cell division processes that take place during germination, in order to identify the ideal age of seed crop storaged at 4°C and 24°C. …”
