Mecanismos de resistencia enzimática en siete sub-poblaciones de Aedes aegypti (L.) a insecticidas comunes y alternativos para su control en el estado de Veracruz, México por Silva Salinas, Brenda Guadalupe

    Publicado 2010
“…High levels of resistance were detected to the alpha- cypermethrin pyrethroid since the 100% of under-populations surpassed RRkD50> 10, with values in the majority superficially to 100X. Moderate resistance was observed for the phenothrin pyrethroid, two of seven under-populations showed resistance (Poza Rica (18X) and Martinez de la Torre (12X)). …”

Polyaza macroligands as potential agents for heavy metal removal from wastewater por Elizondo Martínez, Perla, Nájera Martínez, Blanca, Pérez Rodríguez, Nancy, Reyes Hinojosa, Laura, Gómez del Río, Isabel

    Publicado 2013
“…These agents showed high affinity for the studied metals. The values of the equilibrium constants of the isolated complexes (between 1×104 and 2×107) demonstrated the feasibility of applying these chelating agents as alternatives for the removal of heavy metals from industrial effluents.…”

Influence of the Capping Ligand on the Band Gap and Electronic Levels of PbS Nanoparticles through Surface Atomistic Arrangement Determination por García Gutiérrez, Diana Fabiola, Hernández Casillas, Laura Patricia, Cappellari, Maria Victoria, Fungo, Fernando, Martínez Guerra, Edgar, García Gutiérrez, Domingo Ixcóatl

    Publicado 2018
“…ABSTRACT: Lead sulfide (PbS) nanoparticles were synthesized by chemical methods with different sizes and different capping ligands (oleic acid, myristic acid, and hexanoic acid), avoiding ligand exchange procedures, to study the effect of characteristics of the capping ligands on their energy levels and band gap values. Experimental results (UV−vis−NIR, Fourier transform infrared, and Raman spectroscopies, cyclic voltammetry, transmission electron microscopy, and electron energy loss spectroscopy) showed a marked influence of the capping ligand nature on the electro-optical properties of PbS nanoparticles with a very similar size. …”

Predicting the phase diagram of two-dimensional colloidal systems with long-range interactions por Mejía Rosales, Sergio, Gil Villegas, Alejandro, Ivlev, Boris I., Ruiz García, Jaime

    Publicado 2006
“…Pinned voids are formed at higher densities and intermediate values of the surface pressure. The analysis of isotherms, translational and orientational correlation functions as well as structure factor gives clear evidence of the presence of a melting first-order transition. …”
