    “…First experiment was made at Universidad Autónoma Agraria Antonio Narro (UAAAN) culturing the specie Lilium nashville and evaluating the performance of the diameter and length of the stem, the number of flower buds, and the length of bud flowers against each treatment and obtain the correlation between the calcium content; also the concentration of calcium, magnesium and iron for each container was measure with the help of an atomic absorption spectrophotometer VARIAN Spectr AA-5 per determinate the match between the elements when were absorbed by the plant. Second experiment was made at Facultad de Ciencias Forestales, belong to the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL), the specie cultured was Lilium pollyanna, as well as the before experiment were measured the length and depth of the stem, the the number of flower buds, and the length of bud flowers; were taken samples of vegetal tissue of each treatment to obtain the contents of calcium, magnesium and iron and compare them with the before experiment; also were counted the days during the exposition shelf to analyze the differences of the treatments and witness. …”
