La violencia contra las mujeres: su erradicación como objetivo mundial por Espinosa Leal, Idalia Patricia

“…El presente trabajo de investigación contiene los aspectos referentes al tema de la violencia contra la mujer, y también se analiza la base de la construcción de la sociedad que es el sustento de la violencia contra la mujer: el sistema patriarcal, ya que se considera que es el fundamento de la desigualdad de género y que coloca a la mujer en un estado de subordinación frente al hombre lo que genera que el poder sea otorgado de forma gratuita al género masculino sin ningún cuestionamiento, generando abusos y por ende la violencia. Por otra parte, se hace referencia a los aspectos cronológicos de la evolución de la violencia en el ámbito jurídico y social, así como a sus fases y consecuencias; concluyendo que la violencia contra la mujer no se ha frendo, por el contrario ha ido en aumento, y de ha llegado a considera un problema de Salud Pública a nivel mundial, por ello se ha contemplado como uno de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sontenible de la agenda  de la ONU para el año 2030, objetivo 5: lograr la igualdad entre los géneros y empoderar a todas las mujeres y las niñas.…”
