    “…With this as background, this project was formulated from interest in addressing the burnout syndrome instructors who teach English in public primary schools in the metropolitan area of Monterrey, performing comparative analyzes based on gender, area where they work and level of studies reached at the time of application; by a non-experimental design, transversal, and descriptive ex postfacto, with voluntary participation of 281 instructors. In order to collect data, it was considered to use the Burnout Questionnaire for Teachers Revised, with 66 items in 5 points Likert scale, to measure emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and lack of personal accomplishment, with a total α = 0.92 in the original study. …”
