Contribución al conocimiento de las poblaciones de equinos ferales en el noroeste de Coahuila, México. por Ochoa Espinoza, José Javier

    Publicado 2018
“…ABSTRACT: Between 2011 and 2013 a survey of 106 items was applied to inhabitants of five rural communities (Ojo Caliente, Norias de Boquillas, Jaboncillos Grande, La Unión y El Olán, and Boquillas del Carmen of Ocampo, Coahuila), according with answers, do not exist a legal scheme to define the owner of a feral donkey, such right is for the first who capture the animal, the average annual income received for donkey or horse commercialization is about $ 2,100.00 pesos, and neither an animal health scheme is applied. At the same time the vegetation was measured, and a total of 47 sample sites in two types of desert shrubland (microphyllous, and rosetophyllous) were evaluated; difference in sites with and without equines were detected between the composition, structure, and biomass production. …”

Electrocatalytic urea mineralization in aqueous alkaline medium using NiIIcyclam-modified nanoparticulate TiO2 anodes and its relationship with the simultaneous electrogeneration o... por Murcio Hernández, S., Rueda Solorio, A.V., Banda Alemán, J.A., González Nava, C., Rodríguez, F.J., Bustos, E., Espejel Ayala, F., Rodríguez, A., Sepúlveda, S., Manríquez, J.

    Publicado 2020
“…A final comparison between our results and those reported in selected publications revealed that the NiIIcyclam-modified nanoparticulate TiO2-coated ITO anodes here developed, constitutes a promising electrocatalytic system for performing direct urea mineralization at a relative short electrolysis time. Furthermore, the combination of the following phenomena: (a) effective charge separation on the semiconducting ITO|nanoparticulate TiO2 junctions, (b) remarkable capabilities of the nanoporous TiO2 films for tuning the load of OH- anions demanded by the urea oxidation and, (c) outstanding capabilities of the TiO2 nanoparticles for capturing CO intermediates (at Ti3+ donor sites), successfully promoted the enhancement of the electron external transport to Pt cathodes, and consequently improved the faradaic efficiency associated to the cathodic generation of H2.…”
