“…Se realizó el CuSbS2 por una técnica alternativa de evaporación térmica seguida de un tratamiento reactivo con S y esta se incorporó a celdas solares en configuración substrato utilizándola como capa absorbedora; con estructura vidrio/Mo/CuSbS2/CdS/ZnO/ITO obteniendo valores de Voc=440.2 mV, Jsc=11.429 mA/cm2 y η=2.6 %, dichos valores utilizaron una relación casi estequiométrica de 1:0.98 (Sb:Cu) y un tratamiento térmico de 450 °C por 30 min en atmósfera inerte de Ar y un espesor de 1.3 µm de la capa absorbedora, esta celda solar presenta valores cercanos a los reportados que utiliza el CuSbS2 como capa absorbedora.…”
