Even so, we do not recommend as in the in vivo model a radical and sudden change of objective samples for the identification of murine melanoma with dogs trained with the cell line.…”

“…La litera describe que el uso de fluoroquinolonas puede tener el efecto adverso de prolongar el intervalo QTc, incluso desde la primera hora posterior a la ingesta del fármaco, se han descrito casos en los que el intervalo QTc se prolonga por arriba de los 500 milisegundos generado taquicardia ventricular polimorfa en entorchado (Torsade de pointes). Nuestro estudio comprende un grupo de pacientes que como parte de su tratamiento usan una fluoroquinolona diariamente por incluso periodos de 2 años, se reporta en la literatura una prevalencia de prolongación del intervalo QTc del 9% en estudios retrospectivos. …”
