“…We first determined the plasma concentration of the prodrug in BALB/c mice using several doses and then tested its activity in an in vivo experimental actinomycetoma murine model. At the end of treatment, there was a statistically significant difference between the three drug receiving groups (25, 12.5 and 5 mg/kg) and the control group (saline solution) (p=0.001), proving that DA-7218 is effective for the treatment of experimental murine actinomycetoma. …”

“… Durante el período 2000 –2006, el incremento que experimentó el Partido de la Revolución Democrática (PRD), en sus niveles de identificación partidista en la Ciudad de México, no tuvo una significación emocional tal y como la formulación teórica original sugiere se basa la membrecía hacia un partido (Campbell et.al., 1960), por el contrario se postula el desarrollo del perredismo obedeció a una lógica de desempeño gubernamental basado en la construcción de apoyo por la vía de la política social, el cual generó un esquema de adhesión o partidismo racional que se finca sobre parámetros de evaluación distintos a los que postula Morris Fiorina (1981) y el Modelo de Gobierno de Partido Responsable.La estrategia de comprobación de ésta hipótesis, se basó en un análisis a nivel agregado que comprendió, con una base de datos propia, verificar la existencia de relaciones lineales entre las variables independientes de gasto en los cuatro programas que comprendieron transferencias de renta directa y el perredismo en cada una de las dieciséis delegaciones políticas en que se divide la Ciudad de México. …”
