The peptides that presented values below -160 kcal / mol were 11 (5 from rice and 6 from peas) of which the oligopeptides PIVF, IVPQH, IIQGR, QPY (glutelin) and QSPVF (prolamine) from rice and AQTF and AAVSH from rice Peas were the ones with the highest affinity for active sites of the PAPRγ receptor (Phe264, His266, Ile281, Cys285, Arg288, Ser289, Met348 and His449) with binding energies between -1.87 and -6.38 kcal / mol. …”
