“…Este artículo presenta una revisión documental de tipo descriptivo sobre la importancia de la justicia creativa y los círculos de paz en la restauración de las víctimas de delitos, se argumenta que el enfoque tradicional de la justicia, basado en la retribución y el castigo, no es suficiente para abordar las complejas necesidades de las víctimas, y que la justicia creativa y los círculos de paz pueden ofrecer un enfoque más efectivo y humano, que se centre en la resolución de problemas y la reparación del daño causado, de manera  creativa, a través de soluciones personalizadas y efectivas para cada caso, donde no solo importe la compensación económica, sino la recuperación de la dignidad y el bienestar psicológico; favoreciendo también la comunicación entre las partes involucradas, como víctimas, ofensores  y profesionales de la justicia con la creación de entornos seguros y respetuosos que fomenten la confianza, empatía,  comprensión y el diálogo abierto. …”
