MTT Vs WST-1, efficiency, cost, time, and waste generation: evaluating the silver nanoparticles cytotoxicity
Published 2020“…The results showed that the efficiency to determine the cell viability in both methods were similar (p> 0.05): silver nanoparticles capped with biomolecules from F. benjamina leaves showed a >60% decrease of the viable cells at a concentration of 13 μg mL-1, while nanoparticles capped with citrate molecules exhibit a decrease of 20% approximately at a concentration of 25 μg mL-1.
