Liderazgo de la administración general en un corporativo privado por Rosiles-Villalobos, Abraham, González-Montejo, Claudia, Prieto-Urbano, Jesús Alberto

“…Hoy en día las organizaciones necesitan ser administrados por líderes capaces de encaminar al éxito a cada uno de sus colaboradores, el presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo identificar el estilo de liderazgo que predomina en la administración general del corporativo VYA Asesores ubicado en la ciudad de Acayucan, Veracruz; para ello se aplicó un censo a 25 colaboradores utilizando el instrumento de recopilación Multifactor Leadership Questionarie (MLQ) diseñado por Bass & Avolio y adaptado al contexto latinoamericano por Vega & Zavala (2004). Los principales resultados indican que el nivel de Liderazgo Transformacional (LTF) es el predominante y puntuó 4.15/5; destacando la subvariable Carisma/ Inspiracional, jerarquía que a decir de Bass & Avolio el líder brinda a los subordinados un sentido de propósito claro, visión de futuro, conductas que sirven de modelos de rol asumiendo siempre actitudes congruentes entre lo que dice y lo que hace. …”
