“…En la tercera etapa se efectuó la siembra en invernadero evaluándose la biomasa total, potencial redox, contenido de minerales y el tamaño de haz vascular y vasos en tallo. Los resultados obtenidos en las pruebas de germinación estándar (PGE) en semilla tratada con radiación UV-C mostraron diferencia significativa (p<0.01) tanto entre los tratamientos como entre especies casi entre todas las variables cuantificadas excepto en plantas normales (PN) y para las variables de Vigor, Germinación y peso seco (PS); indicaron que la semilla de G. max manifestó baja sensibilidad en ambas pruebas, siendo la dosis óptima de 43.20 kJ/m² para esta; para la semilla de H. annuus y P. maximartinezii mostraron alta sensibilidad en ambas pruebas tanto a la radiación UV-C siendo las dosis óptimas de 8.64 kJ/m² y 0.864 kJ/m² respectivamente. …”
