“…Los monocitos al ser tratados con diferentes CtsNps presentaron cambios morfológicos visibles al microscopio, los niveles de CD14 y CD86 se vieron disminuidos en comparación con los monocitos que no fueron tratados con CtsNps, a la vez estar partículas indujeron la alta producción de IL-8, baja producción de IL-10, IL-12p70 y TNF y la moderada producción de IL-1β e IL-6 dando un indicio de que estas nanopartículas son capaces de activar una respuesta inmunológica primaria en las células. …”
