The objectives of this investigation were 1) identify A. flavus from other Aspergillus species that are important in health or industry, using amplification of intergenic ribosomal sequence and its electrophoretic analysis bye PAGE. 2) to subclone two intermediate enzymes before of the aflatoxin biosynthetic pathway on an E. coli system to obtain recombinant protein as a source for future studies on the potentiality of strains to produce aflatoxins. …”
