Efecto del silenciamiento de E6 y E7 (HPV 16) sobre la expresión de MDM2 en una línea celular de cáncer cervical by Díaz García, Daniel

    Published 2009
“…The carcinogenic potential of HPV infections is mainly due to the integration of the viral DNA into the genomic material of the host cell and the subsequent constitutive expression of the E6 and E7 genes, which have the ability of repressing tumor suppressing proteins such as P53 and Rb. …”

Caracterización del yacimiento de hierro Sol y Luna, distrito minero de Concepción del Oro, Zacatecas by Castillejo Carreón, José Carlos

    Published 2017
“…Microthermometric analyzes of fluid inclusions revealed: (a) a stage of prograde skarn with Th (homogenization temperature) between 448 - 465° C and salinity values of 11-12.8% NaCl, in which andradite - grossular, diopside, wollastonite and quartz crystallized (b) deposition of iron ore under retrograde conditions, with Th between 223 – 303°C and 7.9 - 11.2% NaCl, represented by magnetite, hematite, pyrite, annite, quartz and calcite, (c) precipitation of base and precious metals under boiling conditions of Th of 161 - 218° C and 11.3 - 17.7% NaCl, accompanied by dravite, actinolite, adularia, quartz, calcite, ankerite and phyllosilicates and (d) culmination of the hydrothermal system at Th ~ 163 ° C and salinity of ~ 5.7% NaCl with the crystallization of quartz, calcite, ankerite, pyrolusite, hectorite and jasper. According the integration of all the data, the Sol and Luna deposit can be considered as an iron andraditic Ca-skarn with a slight IOCG (iron oxide - copper – gold) component, which evolves to a polymetallic skarn of base and precious metals originated under extensional conditions in the Basin and Range systme during the Eocene…”
