La nuestra, como empresa responsable, busca dar vida a las dos propuestas básicas que inspiran este trabajo, una es la proposición de la Administración de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional: “Ningún trabajador debe tener que escoger entre la vida y el empleo” y la otra es la que versa en el artículo 23 de la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos: “Toda persona tiene derecho al trabajo, a la libre elección de su trabajo, a condiciones equitativas y satisfactorias de trabajo…” Para lograr estas propuestas en este trabajo se ha tomado la línea de investigación del factor humano y a una muestra de 64 repartidores se aplicó un cuestionario y la Batería de Conductores, la cual es una evaluación de variables intelectuales y patrones de conducta en contextos de tráfico, dicha batería consta de 3 test de aptitudes, además un test de personalidad de conducción…”
