Evaluación y análisis de la expresión genética de Saccharomyces cerevisiae bajo condiciones de fermentación que afectan la floculación por Damas Buenrostro, Luis Cástulo

    Publicado 2008
“…Even though important advance has been made in knowledge about global genetic expression during fermentation, genes activated in response to stress factors, which impact flocculation (with a strong detrimental impact in clarifying and yeast recovery operations) are unknown. …”

Inhibición de la replicación y expresión de un replicón subgenómico del virus de la hepatitis c, con RNA’S de interferencia por Elizondo González, Regina

    Publicado 2008
“…Currently the only therapy available is the combined treatment of pegylated interferon and ribavirin; nevertheless only 50% to 55% of the patients present a sustained positive response by the end of the treatment. Genetic treatments constitute a promising alternative for the treatment against HCV and there have been several studies in which a successive blocking of the expression and replication of the virus has been achieved. …”

Aislamiento y selección de cepas mutantes de Hirsutella citriformis inducidas por el agente químico: metanosulfonato de etilo (EMS). por Cruz Juárez, Georgina

    Publicado 2017
“…Also was verified the number of nuclei, with the purpose of choosing a candidate strain for genetic improvement, in the INIFAPHir-2 strain. Techniques such as biphasic culture on different low-cost substrates (sorghum, rice and oats) were evaluated to obtain the highest conidia production that would be used in classical mutagenesis with the chemical agent ethyl methane sulfonate (EMS) which has been successfully used to introduce changes of a single base in the DNA, a mutation protocol was established varying times and concentrations for the obtaining of mutant strains, which were characterized based on radial growth, production of conidia and speed of germination in media as PDA and PDA with yeast extract. …”

Alimentary Biostoichiometry Toward a Bigger Productivity and a Low Environmental Impact. por H. Gutiérrez, Víctor

    Publicado 2019
“…The "Alimentary Biostoichiometry", was born in our science group like to necessity ofinterpretation of countless and complex interrelations and results it causes - effect obtainedin all our chore in nutrition where the sequence interpretations have been conjugated; basicand applied investigation; disciplines like biotechnology, genetics, molecular biology, evolution, ethology, physiology, biochemistry, immunochemistry, embryology, bioenergétic, sciences of the nutrition; cumulative experience among others. The feeding and nutrition in aquaculture is based fundamentally on charts and preseteddates which don't consider the relationships phylo and ontogenetics, ontogeny of mobilityand molecular relationships of amino acids integrally for example free amino acids, freeand combined amino acids , and total aa. of proteins, enzymes, peptides etc., ramified aa.,muscular tissue precursors, aa precursors of collagen, aa. precursors of immunity etc., typesof fatty acids, besides the physiologic state, homeostasis, enzymatic ontogeny, transferases,ATP-aces, psicrofílic enzymes like CST and AST, habits of natural feeding, umami, frequency, age etc.The "Alimentary Biostoichiometry", it conjugates the disciplines approaching the problemof a more holistic point of view where the essential thing is marked for "modulations" orchanges that are allowed to see as "Specie-Specific-Stadium" (SSS).Having identified some factors of biomasic grow v/s for example the development of thedigestive capacity and on the other hand the natural morbimortality in larvae of Salmosalar, have been formulated and developed practical diets according to obtained results, comparing finally this diets with commercial allowances of high conversion grade.…”
