En los productos alimenticios en los que se les han incorporado bacterias probióticas, es de gran ayuda la incorporación de alginatos y/o diversos geles para elaborar la microencapsulación de las bacterias, y así con esta técnica, los microorganismos queden protegidos frente al entorno desfavorable de los procesos digestivos y así mismo poder conservar su actividad metabólica. …”

“…El estudio tiene por objetivo analizar el desempeño académico de los estudiantes al usar los dispositivos móviles que poseen, como herramientas didácticas de aprendizaje dentro del aula de clases.Este proyecto se realizó bajo un enfoque mixto, la técnica de recolección de datos utilizada en la investigación cualitativa fue la observación participativa de una muestra de la población, lo que permite describir los tipos de dispositivos que poseen los estudiantes, las características de los dispositivos y el uso real que les dan a estos dentro del aula de clases; la investigación cuantitativa usó una encuesta estructurada que permitió determinar cuántos estudiantes poseen algún dispositivo móvil, los tipos de dispositivos que imperan, el uso que dan a cada tipo de dispositivo; también se realizó el cálculo del estadístico de t de student para probar que el uso de la tecnología móvil y las TIC como herramientas didácticas incrementa el nivel de aprendizaje significativo de los estudiantes. …”
