Evaluación en campo del baculovirus PxNPV y sinergismo con cepas de Bacillus thuringiensis hacia larvas de Plutella xylostella en cultivos de Brassica oleracea por Carrasco-Baeza, V.M., Pérez-Moreno, L., García-Munguía, C., Ibarra-Rendón, J., Del Rincón-Castro, M.C.

“…Se realizó la aplicación de formulaciones líquidas de PxNPV y de B. thuringiensis en Irapuato y Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato; la primer aplicación de PxNPV (3.512 OBs/ha) y B. thuringiensis LBIT-287 (31, 818 mg/ha) fue en cultivo de variedad Avenger y se observó mortalidad de 47.37% en larvas de P. xylostella; la segunda aplicación de PxNPV se realizó en repollo cultivar Escazú y se observó mortalidad de 92.31% con 5x1012 OBs/ha; por último, una aplicación de PxNPV (2.04x1013 OBs/ha) y B. thuringiensis cepa LBIT-229 (666.66 g/ha) para cultivo de brócoli variedad Centennial, arrojó 80% de mortalidad en el caso de PxNPV solo, a diferencia de 50% obtenido en combinación con B. thuringiensis.…”
