En la evaluación general del producto los encuestados aceptaron en un 90.2% el producto con un calificativo entre: “Le gustó un poco” y “Le gusto mucho”, siendo más frecuente la respuesta de las personas encuestadas a las cuales “Le gusto mucho” la carne de búfalo. …”
