    Publicado 2018
“…Using Bimolecular Fluorescence Complementation (BiFC) in vivo we found that TFIIEβ interacts with Antp through the HD independently of the YPWM motif and the direct physical interaction is at helix 2, specifically aminoacidic positions I32 and H36 of Antp. We also found, through ectopic assays, that these two positions in helix 2 are crucial for Antp homeotic function in head involution, and thoracic and antenna-to tarsus transformations. …”

    Publicado 2018
“…On the other hand, higher levels of JA in the plants tissue promotes the establishment of the symbiosis, as observed in PS plants with higher rate of mycorrhizal frequency and intensity, as well as greater arbuscular abundance; in contrast, spr2 mutants showed lower rates for those three measurements. …”

    Publicado 2005
“…Furthermore, the enzyme Kpn I allowed differentiating between races that cause stem pitting and those inducing decline. The analysis of the P25 gene sequence in positions 49, 63, and 124 demonstrated the presence of the amino acids glycine, threonine, and phenylalanine in severe races. …”
