ESTUDIO PILOTO PARA EL AISLAMIENTO DE VIBRIO SPP EN OSTRAS (CRASSOSTREA RHIZOPHORAE) CAPTURADAS EN LA CIÉNAGA DE LA VIRGEN, CARTAGENA, COLOMBIA by López, Lersy, Manjarrez, Ganiveth, Herrera, Lilibeth, Montes, Ana, Olascuaga, Yuranis, Ortega, Rolando

    Published 2010
“…Culture mediums and Biochemical test was used for Vibrio´s isolation and identification. the predominantVibrio´s species were V. alginolyticus (23%), V fluvialis  (20%), V. parahaemolyticus (10%), V. carchariae and Vmimicus (13%), V. vulnificus, cincimatiensis and V. campbelli (7%).   The sampling point with the highest number ofVibrio isolation was Mangles, cielo mar sector, which also contributed with 30% of the total of all species isolated although the difference was of no statistical significance due to their homogenous distribution.  100% of the sampling points showed cloudy water due to the presence of organic matter in suspension and visible solid waste, Thus, Factors influencing Vibrios proliferation on oysters maybe related with the Ciénaga characteristics.  …”

Managing raw materials of vegetable origin increases fungal indoor concentration in food companies by Elizondo Zertuche, Mariana, Martínez Carranza, Karen, Orue, Nydia, de Jesús Treviño Rangel, Rogelio, Robledo Leal, Efrén Ricardo

    Published 2020
“…Neither the companies’ location nor their room temperature influenced the fungal densities significantly, however, companies using vegetable raw materials had a significantly greater concentration of fungi than the rest of the companies. While all concentrations were within previously suggested levels from a health-related point of view, more information is needed that correlates fungal concentration with food spoilage in order to suggest a range of concentrations focused for food companies’ product preservation.…”

    Published 2018
“…In relation to the biological activity, the unencapsulated concentrated oils were significantly different to the essential oil of orange and Dlimonene, in addition they presented a different chemical composition possibly due to the decrease of volatile compounds potentizing other minority compounds. In simple emulsions with concentrated oils, formulation 1 showed better physical stability, keeping its antioxidant activity stored at temperatures of 4 and 25 ºC to more than 90 days. …”
