After obtaining the Cys C calibration curve, three serum samples from donors without a history of diagnosed renal damage were used to challenge the system, being possible to locate the I values in the calibration curve where the I values ranged from 52.57 to 74.88, 45.50 to 75.31 and 42.48 to 79.17 µA respectively. …”

Bacillus thuringiensis como agente de control biológico del complejo de la marchitez del chile (Capsicum annuum L.) por Mojica Marín, Virgilio

“…When evaluating and determining the antagonistic capacity of 64 strains of B. thuringiensis from the International Collection of Entomopatogenic Bacillus from FCB-UANL against R. solani, P. capsici and F. oxysporum by dual culture assays, it was observed that 16 strains of B. thuringiensis reduced significantly the radial micellial growth of Rhizoctonia solani while 19 strains did the same for P. capsici and 8 strains for F. oxysporum after three days of incubation at 25ºC. On the other hand, these 34 bacterial strains were evaluated in Anaheim variety pepper seeds by in vivo germination tests where was observed an increase in the percentage of germination in the case of the treatment of inoculation of B. thuringiensis on R. solani. …”
