    Publicado 2016
“…Major elements confirms the lack of genetic relationships between both acid units, while trace element point out to a magmatic arc setting for the origin of both units. New U-Pb LA-ICP-MS data obtained from zircons from Peregrina Tonalite shows several populations, the oldest from Grenvillian and Panafrican ages, while the younger, interpreted as crystallization age, is 449.2 ± 2.9 Ma (Katien, Upper Ordovician). …”

    Publicado 2018
“…To develop this study was a previous diagnosis, an ethnobotanical study, which surveys were conducted to obtain a list of species of medicinal plants used in the area, the medicinal use you give them, as prepared was held between other data. Once you obtained the list we proceeded to a purge of the species found, discarding those already studied or who polls have low probability of having antibacterial activity, to finally be selected five of them. …”

    Publicado 2018
“…Blood samples were collected, the serum was stored at -80 ° C, until its use to determine the seropositivity of antibodies against Ad-36 by immunoenzymatic method (ELISA) and cholesterol serum was evaluated by cholesterol oxidaseperoxidase method. Data analysis was performed using the software SPSS version 21.0 Contributions and conclusions: According to the body mass index (BMI), 44.6% corresponds to normal weight group (BMI 18.5-24.9 kg/m2 ), 32.8% is overweight (BMI 25-30kg/m2 ) and 20.5% was obese (BMI >30kg/m2 ). …”

    Publicado 2017
“…The physical and chemical parameters were analyzed, and the characteristics of transmembrane proteins were corresponding. Once these data were taken, the model was sent to the Raptos X platform, where the three-dimensional structure of both proteins composed of three domains , domain I made up of alpha helices and beta sheets, domain II conformed by beta sheets and where the amphipatic hairpin is found, and domain III conformed by beta sheets, were predicted. …”

    Publicado 2017
“…Finally, the process of transesterification of biodiesel at a pilot scale was carried out, where 36 kg of used oil mixed with methane and KOH was processed as a catalyst, obtaining as a result the obtaining of biodiesel which was characterized from distillation data according to the method of ASTM D86-04. The determined properties of biodiesel were: kinematic viscosity, density, cetane index and calorific value which were in the ranges established by the biodiesel quality standards.…”

    Publicado 2018
“…The results we got through the use of 3 types of bioassays (germination, phytohormone content and cell cycle) show that it is at 9 months of storage when the seed performs better at germination, this result could be verified with the data gotten with the use of HPLC because it was at this age when we observed a higher amount of gibberellins, auxins and kinetine and the flow cytometer analysis showed that at 9 months of age the seed shows higher cell division, these results let us conclude that at 9 months of age the seed has reached physiological maturity, reflected on the high content of phytohormones that promote germinationand the process of cell división that is very active at this age, therefore we suggest that at 9 months of seed storage is the ideal age to cultivate the seed and get higher percentage of germination.…”
