    “…To achieve this, the antagonistic effect of isolates against a pathogenic strain of Vp was evaluated using cross-streak tests and the well diffusion test, the latter with two variants; one with bacterial cell culture and another the cell free supernatant. 17 bacterial isolates showed zones of inhibition of 0.2 to 1.7 cm in the cross streak test, on the other hand, three evidenced halos of inhibition of 2.06 to 2.46 cm by the well diffusion test with bacterial cell culture, while 5 bacteria Marine showed inhibition of 1.76 to 3.66 by the well diffusion test with cellfree supernatant. …”
