Procesamiento y estudio preliminar de un material compuesto de matriz AlSi₁₀Mg reforzado con nanopartículas de Ti mediante aleado mecánico. by Sánchez Rico, Valentina

    Published 2020
“…The results of the Vickers hardness show that with the addition of the nano particles and with the sintered one, it decreases; on the other hand, through the SEM and DRX the creation of new phases such as magnesium oxide and titanium oxide was observed in addition to observing some pores in certain microstructures. Based on the results obtained, with the addition of the NPTsTi to the aluminum alloy and without these, the wear resistance is not affected by the addition of these, while the hardness decreases when the titanium nano particles are added and with the sintering process due to the saturation that was presented in the material by the titanium nano particles.…”

Obtención y evaluación de péptidos bioactivos de recursos vegetales subutilizados con potencial agroalimentario by González Luna, Aldo Rodrigo

    Published 2018
“…Obtaining bioactive peptides from the extensive and sequential enzymatic hydrolysis (using Alcalase and Flavourzyme) of protein isolates obtained from defatted flours of amaranth, quinoa and chia, turns out to be an interesting strategy for the use of these residues, which may have beneficial effects on some physiological function. To evaluate the antioxidant activity three tests were performed: the ability to sequester the radical DPPH, according to the method of Wu et al., (2003) by spectrophotometry at 517 nm; discoloration of β-carotene according to the method of Miller (1971) using a 96-well microplate reader at 470 nm and 45 ° C at 0, 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150 minutes; and the determination of reducing power, according to the method of Oyaizu (1986) by spectrophotometry at 700 nm; on the other hand, to evaluate the antihypertensive activity, an assay was performed to determine the peptides with inhibitory capacity of the angiotensin converting enzyme, according to the method of Santandreu and Toldra (2006) using a fluorescence reader in microplates at 420 nm. …”
